Tuesday, 2nd March 2010 at the HAU, Alekos Vretos and his crew on a musical journey between East and West. A clever mix of arabic music, jazz, Latin and Greek music delivers a fresh new sound. Traditional instruments vs modern ones creates an opposition in styles that blend together by the artistry of the group's members. The concert opens with a lecture of Alekos Vretos on improvisation and its functions in the fusion between Eastern and Western music.
